    HIGHLEAD GROWTH · ORGANIC

SEO services delivered as expert hours applied where they move rankings

HighLead sells SEO services as expert labor at $125 per hour, not as a monthly package of set deliverables. Every engagement starts with a 12-hour sprint: we audit the site, hand you the PDF audit report, then spend the remaining hours fixing what it found.

We look first and prioritize, so the hours go to the technical, on-page, local and search-data work with the most to gain on your site.

    Why SEO usually stalls

If you have bought SEO before and cannot point to what changed, the reason is usually 1 of these.

    Monthly content nobody reads

Articles published because the schedule says so, on topics buyers never search for, while the pages that could rank sit untouched.

    Technical problems nobody fixed

Slow pages, crawl errors, duplicate titles, missing schema. The site cannot rank well because it cannot be read well.

    No tracking of what ranks

Without Search Console, Analytics and rank tracking configured properly, reporting becomes a list of tasks performed rather than an account of what improved.

Pages built for keywords instead of buyers

A page can be optimized perfectly for a phrase and still give the visitor no reason to call.

    How HighLead does SEO

Audit first, then prioritized hours. The sprint fixes the biggest problems fast and optional blocks work down the list from there. We do not decide what your site needs before we have looked at it.

    A sprint can include:

Technical fixes: crawling, indexing, redirects, robots.txt and the errors holding pages back

Site speed: page weight, images, video and how quickly the main content appears

Google Business Profile: categories, services and the local signals attached to it

Schema markup where structured data changes how search engines read you

Titles, meta tags and H1 to H3 structure across the pages that matter

Search Console and Analytics, set up correctly and then read properly

Internal linking, so authority reaches the pages you want to rank

Competitor review: what outranks you, and why

AEO and AI-search optimization, so the site can be understood and cited by AI answers

Expansion opportunities pulled from your own search data

Not every site needs every item. Time goes where it will make the biggest difference.

    The 12-hour sprint

Initial SEO Sprint: 12 hours, $1,500, typically completed over 1 to 2 days. Includes a PDF audit report. The hours are prioritized around what the audit finds, which depending on the site can include technical fixes, site speed, Google Business Profile, schema, titles and headings, Search Console and Analytics, internal linking, competitor review, AEO and AI-search optimization, and expansion opportunities from your search data. Not every site needs every item, and time goes where it matters most.

The sprint runs intensively rather than spread across a month, because the fixes with the largest effect have usually waited longest.

    Ongoing options

Ongoing options: 4 hours per month ($500), 6 hours per month ($750), 8 hours per month ($1,000), or custom one-time SEO work when you need it. Ongoing hours are prioritized SEO implementation and optimization based on current site needs, Search Console data, technical findings, competitors, rankings, search and content opportunities, local SEO, AEO and AI-search visibility, internal linking, schema and performance. Not a fixed content schedule.

Ongoing work is optional, and the audit tells us what your site actually needs.

Rankings are not the goal, opportunities are

A ranking is worth what it produces. What happens after the click decides whether the work paid for itself.

Businesses whose site is slow or technically broken

Speed, crawl errors and a rebuild that broke the old URLs are fixable engineering problems, and usually the fastest wins available.

Businesses that already rank a little

Ranking for a few terms is not the same as ranking for the terms that bring buyers.

SEO is a good fit if…

    • Your buyers search for what you sell before they call anyone.
    • Your site has never had a proper technical audit.
    • Your competitors outrank you and you cannot explain why.
    • You want to know what each hour was spent on.
    • You can wait for compounding results rather than needing customers this week.

A better starting point may be…

    • You need qualified opportunities in the near term while organic visibility is still building. Paid acquisition can create demand now while SEO compounds in the background. Google Ads
    • You already receive inquiries, but too many are being missed or poorly followed up with. HighLead System
    • You are looking for a fixed content-production package rather than an audit-led SEO program. HighLead prioritizes the work most likely to move rankings and revenue instead of filling a monthly article quota.
    • You want one team working across marketing, systems, AI, automation, and operations rather than SEO alone. HighLead Supercharge

    Questions about SEO

SEO is not instant. Some technical and on-page improvements can have an effect relatively quickly, while competitive ranking growth can take months. Timing depends on the site's starting point, competition and the amount of work required.
